Maria and I built THE MEMBERSHIP to help you understand what's going on in your body, so you can do more of the things you enjoy like running, Yoga, hiking, lifting weights or just managing your busy day really well. Not to mention, you'll be surrounded by the BEST community of mobility nerds to keep you accountable to stay moving and do the "homework."
Each online class in THE MEMBERSHIP has a slightly different focus:
Monday 6:30pm CEST with Julia/Maria
We focus on breathing fundamentals, finding a good ribcage and pelvis position and CARs.
Expect a slower paced, detailed class that sets the foundation for everything else
Tuesday 7.45pm CEST with Maria
Full Body Strength & Mobility. Expect a slightly faster paced, intelligent but challenging class that builds on the foundational work.
Thursday 6pm CEST with Julia
Breaking down a skill into component parts & pre-requisites. Currently: pre-requisites for spinal segmentation and deep core work.
In the past there have been other series such as: chin ups, building a turkish get up, pull up, cossack squat,...
