Each online class in THE MEMBERSHIP has a slightly different focus:
Tuesday 7.45pm CET with Maria
Our take on lower body strength training. Expect squats, step ups, hamstring curls,... but done the smart way!
Wednesday 5:45pm CET with Maria
Upper body focus with an emphasis on improving airflow, ribcage & shoulder mobility. Building up to eventually train upper body strength the smart way.
Thursday 6pm CET with Julia
Breaking down a skill into component parts & pre-requisites.Currently: pre-requisites for chin up (bar recommended but not required).
In the past there have been other series such as: building a turkish get up, pull up, cossack squat,...
Sunday 5pm CET with Julia
A more chill class focusing on CARs (controlled articular rotations) and breathing.
