THE PROCESS

The most powerful way to work on your aches, movement restrictions or movement goals is to work 1-on-1 with me - virtual or in person.

  • In the beginning, we will assess how your body tends to problem-solve, which patterns it prefers and which it doesn't have available.
  • You will either take pictures yourself (if we train online) or I will take pictures for you (if we work in person).
  • Expect my full attention when it comes to your movement and injury history.
  • I will come up with a thorough 16-week plan to get you from where you currently are to the best shape your body  was ever in. No matter if you are 25 or 75.
  • You have full autonomy when it comes to deciding how many times a week and how long you want to train. Consistency is more important than intensity.
  • All your exercises will be scheduled in an app with videos of you doing the exercises, so you don't need to remember my exact words. 
  • You will get reminder emails to keep you accountable.
  • We will meet every two weeks to adjust your program and solve any questions you might have.

RESULTS YOU CAN EXPECT

Same session. We have been working with each other for almost a year. Left picture shows how far she could rotate her neck to the left before we did an exercise involving her breath and eyes. Right one shows how far she could rotate to the left  afterwards.

Between two sessions. Top picture shows that he was moving his back mostly through the area where the upper and lower spine connect. Bottom picture shows his vertebrae are now sharing the load more evenly. Has to keep training his spine in this new position.

Between two sessions. Left picture shows how much he could straighten the hip before. After learning how to breathe better, his pelvis position changed which drastically improved how much he could straighten his hip. This allows better position when walking/running.


PRICE

A phone call to get to know each other (online or phone call) 30 minutes: 30 € 

 

Afterwards I require a commitment of minimum 3 sessions - one session per month!

Sessions can not be transferred into the next month.

 

1 month / 1 session: 150 €

 

Packages with 2 sessions per month:

4 months: 1200 € (payment plans for monthly payments available)

8 months: 2320 € (payment plans for monthly payments available)

 

Each package includes:

  • in person or Zoom sessions every 2 weeks
  • 16 - 32 weeks of custom programming
  • access to a training app with personal videos and recommendations
  • access to me via email, voice message or the training app
