Maria and I built THE MEMBERSHIP to help you understand what's going on in your body, so you can  do more of the things you enjoy like running, Yoga, hiking, lifting weights or just managing your busy day really well. Not to mention, you'll be surrounded by the BEST community of mobility nerds to keep you accountable to stay moving and do the "homework."


WHAT YOU WILL GET

  • A MOVEMENT ROUTINE THAT DOESN'T SUCK
    Have you ever felt frustrated after a group fitness class bc it made you feel worse than before? Have you ever wondered if there's a way of training that helps you find out how good your body is supposed to feel? Get actionable steps so you can build a solid foundation that allows you to enjoy the things you want to enjoy.

  • BREATHE MORE EFFICIENTLY
    Do you struggle with cardio? Do you feel a pinch in your hips and shoulder from time to time? Your diaphragm is one of your main core muscles and allows your core to respond well whether you're running or just trying to get better shoulder and hip mobility. In our classes we introduce you to diaphragmatic breathing in positions that make your 20.000 breaths a day more efficient.
  • UNDERSTAND YOUR BODY BETTER
    Do you want to understand the WHY behind your training program? Do you wanna know whom you can trust with your body because you are able to separate serious approaches from BS? One of our favorite topics is body literacy. Because the more you know, the better you are able to make the best decision for YOU. After all, you know your body best. But you probably need to learn how to understand it better.

  • THE GOOD KIND OF PEER PRESSURE
    Can't stick to your movement goals even though you really want to? Wish you had a buddy that would keep you accountable but your friends are more the Netflix&excuses type? You came to the right place - a community of people that cares about health and longevity. We know that new habits are more realistic when you are surrounded by people who treat these habits as the norm. So we walk the walk, errrr day.


WEEKLY CLASSES

Each online class in THE MEMBERSHIP has a slightly different focus:

 

Tuesday 7.45pm CET with Maria

Our take on lower body strength training. Expect squats, step ups, hamstring curls,... but done the smart way!

 

Wednesday 5:45pm CET with Maria

Upper body focus with an emphasis on improving airflow, ribcage & shoulder mobility. Building up to eventually train upper body strength the smart way.

 

Thursday 6pm CET with Julia

Breaking down a skill into component parts & pre-requisites.Currently: pre-requisites for handstand.

In the past there have been other series such as: building a turkish get up, pull up, cossack squat,... 

 

Sunday 5pm CET with Julia

A more chill class focusing on CARs (controlled articular rotations) and breathing.
